We will not post AAM 2 on Amazon. I have reformatted the magazine over two dozen times and they keep rejecting it for margin errors. You can't talk to anyone at Amazon about the vague description in the email and I am done. I will reformat the issue and place it on Lulu instead (because Amazon has different size requirements of course).
A long battle that we lost and I hate it. Oh well, moving on.
